EnDevor's Referral Program* rewards individuals that recommend their friends and/or colleagues to our agency.   We understand the importance of referrals in our business and this is an great incentive for our current contacts to think of others that may benefit from our services. 
 
If a referral is placed into a full time position with a client company,  an American Express Gift Card will be offered in the amount of $500.00.
 
The Referral Program works as such:

• The referral must be placed within 18 months of the original referral date.  The gift card will be rewarded after the contract guaranteed period is reached after the start date of the candidates' employment.
• The referral must be a new candidate to our agency.  A phone number and/or email address is to be provided for the referral.
• The referral can contact us directly or we can proactively reach out to them using the contact information provided. (if preferred, we can contact the referral leaving the source anonymous)

 
 
*Referral program begins May 1st, 2010.  Referrals received previous to this date do not qualify for the program.
*Student/Post-Doc referrals do not qualify for program
