Martin Caney is a Partner and Co-Founder of EnDevor Recruiting, Inc., a highly specialized staffing firm serving the life sciences industry. Martin manages the Boston office and brings over 10 years of relationship management and search consulting experience to EnDevor. Martin specializes in CMC, Preformulations, Formulations, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Process Development and Analytical searches in the biotechnology and pharmaceutical industries. His placements have ranged from Vice President to Staff Scientist level opportunities. Previous to establishing EnDevor Recruiting, Inc., Martin founded and managed CaneySmith Group, a Boston based recruiting agency focused on development positions within the biotechnology and pharmaceutical industries. Martin is a member of the National Association of Personnel Services and frequent guest lecturer at the Massachusetts College of Pharmacy and Health Sciences.
